Twilight star Ashley Greene had a big night at the 11th Annual Teen Choice Awards last night, winning the Choice Fresh Face Female award.  Things didn’t go quite so well this morning, when the 22-year-old actress discovered that Perez Hilton had posted nude photos of her on his website.

Greene contacted her attorney, who immediately drafted a cease and desist letter to Hilton and issued the following statement: “The photos in question, which appear to be our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed.  Our client intends to take legal action.”

Perez has since removed the offending pics and replaced them with the following: “The nude images have been removed from PerezHilton.com at the request of Greene’s attorneys.”

We did notice that there are some photos on YouTube that are reported to be the ‘pics in question’.  They have been altered to provide enough modesty to meet YouTube requirements.  We will not link to them for obvious reasons.
