Fritz Coulombe and his young son Elias appeared on The Today Show to make a public plea to his missing wife Sarah Rogers.  The 29-year-old woman, who suffers from bipolar disorder and paranoid schizophrenia, fled her New Hampshire home on December 13, 2009 and has not been seen or heard from since.

According to the missing woman’s father Bob Rogers, his daughter was in a manic state in the days before she disappeared, after going off of her medication because the pills made her feel weird and not herself.   He told Today Show host Ann Curry that he had spoken to his daughter in the days before she disappeared and urged her to go back on her meds.  He also tried unsuccessfully to contact her psychologist.

Both of Sarah’s parents urged their son-in-law to call 911 as her mental state began to break down in the hours before she charged out of her home for the last time.  For whatever reason, Fritz Coulombe decided against their advice and stood by helplessly as she stormed out of her residence and sped away.

Police found her car stuck in a snowbank along I-95 in Maine, 150 miles from her home.  The engine was on and the gearshift was still in drive.  They discovered footprints in the snow leading away from the vehicle but searchers and cadaver dogs were not able to find any further trace of the missing woman.

Sarah’s husband indicates that she has not used her credit or debit cards and has not attempted to access her bank account.  They have distributed posters and have put up a $5000 reward for information that will lead them back to Sarah Rogers.

The family is hoping that someone has taken her in and that by going public, Sarah Rogers will see her young son on television and realize that he needs her at home.

Mother of God. We knew the ice had been thawing between Tiger Woods and his wife Elin, but weren't prepared for a report of them - gasp! - kissing this week.

What's next? Her letting him get to second base?

Tiger and Elin Woods were spotted smooching Monday for the first time in months, according to a "close source" Radar Online may have invented for all we know.

“They were hugging and they were kissing right out in the open,” an eyewitness told the site. “Elin is certainly a lot more relaxed these days and so is Tiger."

Good to hear. “People in the neighborhood are getting used to seeing them together again,” the source adds. So does this mean it's all water under the bridge?

OUT OF THE WOODS: It looks like Tiger finally is.

Time will tell. But they were arm-in-arm before the once-estranged spouses hugged and kissed openly. “They’ve come a long, long way,” the source said.

“There was a time when she wouldn’t even look at him.”

Elin agreed to move back home with Tiger at some point in the past week. She has not actually moved in yet as of now, although she is still planning to.

The Swedish stunner rented a house about a mile away from their home. And while she is still sleeping there, she and Tiger are spending time together.

That's been the routine, at least in the short term, as he tries to win her back after undergoing rehab. For now, it looks like the couple's divorce is off.

"Elin has not wanted to give up on the marriage," says the source. “Plus, she still is in love with him, and always has been, after everything he’s done.”

It’s official for the time being.  Levi Johnston has finally paid Bristol Palin, the 19-year-old mother of his one-year-old son Tripp, the back child support that was owed to her.

Johnston’s lawyer recently hand delivered a check in the amount of $21,561.12 to Palin’s attorney, who has reported that the check cleared the bank.

Levi is ordered to pay Bristol $1,750 per monthly for the care of their son.  Where is he getting the money?  Out of his pocket according to his lawyer.

Johnston, 19, appeared on the cover of Playgirl magazine in January.  We do not know how much money he received for taking it off, but we are guessing that is how he was able to pay back Bristol – but we do find it interesting that it took him several months to fork it over.  As far as his future work plans, time will tell.

Authorities report that  D’Angelo was arrested for offering to pay $40 for sex with an undercover cop posing as a prostitute.

The 36-year-old R&B singer was arrested early Saturday while cruising in his Range Rover on Greenwich and Horatio Streets. D’Angelo, whose real name is Michael Archer, also had $12,000 dollars in cash when he was busted.

The Grammy Award winner pleaded not guilty and plans to fight the charge.

In a statement, the D’Angelo says he hopes the public will “allow the American justice system to resolve the matter before jumping to any conclusions.”

The Bachelor winner Vienna Girardi is one classy chick.

Before being picked by Jake Pavelka as his trophy fiancee on the ABC dating show, she was doing the usual stuff - bikini and occasional topless modeling.

George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis walk the red carpet at the 82nd Annual Academy Awards

If you watched the 82nd Annual Academy Awards last night, you may be wondering if the George Clooney Alec Baldwin feud alluded to in the opening monologue was real — especially in light of Clooney’s seemingly less than stellar mood during the ceremony.

According to Clooney’s rep, Stan Rosenfield, the bit was part of a planned back and forth between the two, and had nothing to do with Clooney’s mood. In fact, Rosenfield says the actor was in a totally fine mood, and was just under the weather.

And theories about Clooney being upset about not winning an Oscar? Hogwash. The “Up in the Air” star had already predicted he wouldn’t take home the award on the red carpet.

“It’s probably not going to be Vera or Anna, and it’s certainly not going to be me,” he said of himself and co-stars Vera Farmiga and Anna Kendrick. “But what you do know is that a nomination for Vera and Anna changes their career. They will suddenly be first on the list to get jobs and that is a tremendous jump in their careers.”

We can describe the performance of Adam Lambert in Sydney, Australia this week with three words: Diamond-encrusted crotch plate.

The singer remained true to his controversial, racy self last night by performing Down Under and rocking out to "For Your Entertainment." He thrusted his private parts, he wore a skintight outfit and he even started the performance with a rendition of the robot.

Not everyone will love it, but Adam knows that. He's simply proud of who he is and doesn't cower in the face of critics. It would be nice if everyone shared those traits, wouldn't it?

The 82nd Academy Awards red carpet was filled with risk takers on Sunday night.  Some actresses pulled off their bold choices and others did not.

Sandra Bullock’s statuesque look may well earn her the distinction of Best Dressed as well as Best Actress.  Charlize Theron, who is normally among the favorites, didn’t quite pull off a lavender rosette pom pom look.

Sarah Jessica Parker was loved by some and hated by others.  One fashion expert said her hair was bigger than her head. 

Tina Fey might want to consider getting a different stylist because of her recent ‘fashion miss’ track record.  Her ‘Jungle Jane’ inspired look fell flat.  Fashion critic Cojo Cojocaru recently named her to his worst dressed list for her Golden Globe Awards ensemble.

Just one week removed from the season finale of The Bachelor, Jake Pavelka is practicing like a madman for his Dancing With the Stars debut this month.

Reality TV star Spencer Pratt needed surgery after biting his tongue while playing with his puppy.

“The Hills” star needed a few stitches after a game of tug-of-war with Rainbow .

Pratt told PeoplePets.com, “(We) were just playing with one his new toys and the rope slipped out of my mouth when Rainbow tugged. (It was) very innocent, but it definitely hurt… Sometimes accidents happen.

Spencer tweeted the before and after photos of his stitches — check them out below.

“Sometimes accidents just happen,” he says. “I’m just thankful to Heidi for all the pampering and love she’s given me since the injury. She’s really taken great care of me.”

“I play like this with all our puppies,” he says. “But I’ll think twice about sticking the toy in my mouth next time.”
